On the afternoon of Jul. 7, 2024, a special learning meeting was held by the Political Learning Central Group of Bohai University's CPC (Communist Party of China) Committee for learning the essence of "The Chinese Communist Party Disciplinary Regulations" and the main content of President Xi's speeches made when he visited Chongqing Municipality and Shandong Province. It also served as the fourth reading class of Bohai University (BU) for CPC's discipline education. At the meeting, the audience further learned the newly-revised "The Chinese Communist Party Disciplinary Regulations." It was presided over by LIU Yang, secretary of BU's CPC Committee, who made a speech about the importance of learning the essence of the discipline and the main content of President Xi's speeches. At the meeting, LIU Zuobin, secretary of BU's Discipline Inspection Committee, and WANG Quan, vice-president of BU, played a leading role in learning some of the regulations.
