On the afternoon of Apr. 19, 2024, a report meeting was held by Bohai University (BU) to call on all the staff and the students to learn the good deed of Ms. WEI Tongxin, a graduate of BU, who as a journalist contributed her whole life to journalism of China. At the meeting, Mr. YU Li, a graduate of BU and a reporter of Xinhua News Agency at Liaoning Province, was invited to deliver a report about how he as the first reporter reported the good deed of Ms. Wei. The meeting was presided over by SHU Zunqiang, dean of Publicity Section for BU's CPC Committee.
