On Dec. 9, 2021, a forum was held by Bohai University (BU) for people outside the Communist Party of China (CPC) to further learn and implement the main contents of the 6th Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee. It was chaired by WANG Ji-chen, vice-secretary of BU's CPC Committee, and attended by some leaders from related sections of BU and people outside CPC, some of whom are members of minority parties. At the forum, they exchanged ideas about the learning of the main contents.
