On Sep. 29, 2021, a forum was held by Bohai University (BU) for the representatives of BU's teachers. It was chaired by FANG Hong-zhi, vice-president of BU, and at the forum ZHAO Hui, president of BU, exchanged ideas with them after listening to their speeches. President Zhao expressed his sincere thanks to the teachers for their contribution to the development of BU and encouraged them to be better educators.
