On Apr. 14, 2021, Bohai University (BU) holds the Conference on China's International "Internet+" Innovation and Career-building Contest for College Students to start the international contest. Some leaders and professors from national organizations were invited to take part in the conference. ZHANG Shou-bo, vice-president of BU, attended it and made a speech to emphasize the importance of the contest, and called on the students to participate in it to contribute to the social development.
