On Mar. 11, 2021, a mobilization meeting was held by Bohai University (BU), calling on the students and teachers to learn the history of Communist Party of China (CPC) to implement the requirements made by President Xi Jin-ping, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military. At the meeting, LIU Yang, secretary of BU's CPC Committee, made a speech to call on all the staff to receive the education, and ZHAO Hui, president of BU, summarized the essence of the speech made by President Xi about the learning of the history.
