On Apr. 30, 2020, a conference was held by Bohai University (BU) to implement the school re-opening policy made by Liaoning Province through a video-conference held in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province. At BU's conference, which was hosted by LIU Yang, secretary of Bohai University's CPC Committee, Secretary Liu stressed that all sections and colleges of Bohai University should make detailed plans to guarantee the safe return of some students to the campuses and their safe stay in school.
