From Apr. 19 to 22, 2023, invited by presidents of two universities of Poland, a group of 3 people from Bohai University (BU) led by ZHAO Hui, president of BU, paid visits to the two universities and talked friendly with some representatives from the two universities. President Zhao negotiated with them about the cooperation programs between the universities and reached some agreements with them.
