On the afternoon of Apr. 12, 2023, a forum was conducted by Bohai University (BU) for its newly-recruited teachers of doctor's degrees. Some leaders from related sections of BU, including ZHAO Hui, president of BU, attended it and listened carefully to the suggestions made by the doctors, who talked freely about their new life at BU. Some leaders answered the questions asked by some of newly-recruited teachers.
