On Nov. 12, 2022, the 2022 Liaoning Provincial Teaching Challenge Contest for Higher School College English Teachers was held online, which also serves as the 2022 FLTRP "Teaching Star" National Competition at Liaoning Province. The teaching team of Bohai University (BU), which is composed of 5 teachers from BU's Research and Teaching Institute of College Foreign Languages, participated in it and won the Special Prize, making it thus entering the national finals to be held later.
