Bohai University Holding an Enlargement Conference for Its CPC Standing Committee Members to Learn Essence of Fifth Plenary Session of 20th CPC Central Committee

On Nov. 2, 2026, an enlargement conference was held by Bohai University (BU) for BU's CPC Standing Committee members to learn the essence of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and that of the speech made by President Xi Jinping, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission. It was presided over by CONG Maoguo, secretary of BU's CPC Committee, who made a speech at the conference to emphasize the importance of the plenary and Xi's speech at the plenary. At the BU's meeting, the audience learned the "Explanation of the Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Certain Major Issues concerning Persevering with Full and Rigorous Party Self-Governance," the "Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Certain Major Issues concerning Persevering with Full and Rigorous Party Self-Governance," and the "Communique of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China."
