On the afternoon of Apr. 2, 2026, Bohai University (BU) held the Conference on Capus Safety and Security Work. It was about the work of BU's safety, security, and stability in the spring term in 2026. Some leaders from related sections and colleges of BU attended the conference. At the conference, which was presided over by CONG Maoguo, secretary of BU's CPC Committee, Secretary Cong delivered a speech to emphasize the significance of the school's safety and security work, and to call on all sections and departments to spare no efforts to implement the related national and provincial policies, so that a secure and stable campus life is guaranteed for the students and teachers. Along with some other school leaders, ZHAO Jianguo, president of BU, also attended the meeting and restated the essence of the Liaoning provincial conferences on safe production and social stability.
