Political Learning Meeting for Essence of "Two Sessions" Held by Political Theory Learning Central Group of Bohai University's CPC Committee

On Mar. 20, 2026, a political learning meeting was held by the Political Theory Learning Central Group of Bohai University's CPC (Communist Party of China) Committee to learn the essence of the national "Two Sessions." It was presided over by CONG Maoguo, secretary of Bohai University's CPC Committee, who made a speech about the importance of the learning. At the meeting, LIU He, vice-secretary of Bohai University's CPC Committee, restated the main content of the speeches made by President Xi Jinping, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, at the two sessions, and the essence of the two sessions, i.e. NPC and CPPCC.
