To implement the policies designed in the Fourth Plenary Session of 20th CPC Central Committee, to raise the political quality of the leaders of Bohai University, and to improve their professional proficiency, Bohai University (BU) held a special meeting to learn the essence of the session from Mar. 10 to 11, 2026, and it also served as the 2026 Training Session for Bohai University's Leaders. At the meeting, CONG Maoguo, secretary of BU's CPC Committee, delivered a speech to point out of the significance of the learning, which contributed to the future development of BU, and ZHAO Jianguo, president of BU, made a speech to summarize the work done in 2025 by BU, and to make a plan for the work to be done in 2026. Some leaders from related sections and colleges of BU make speeches to exchange ideas about their learning results and the future development of BU.
