On Mar. 1, 2026, a group of school leaders led by CONG Maoguo, secretary of Bohai University's CPC Committee, and ZHAO Jianguo, president of Bohai University (BU), made an inspection of campus safety and the preparations made by the departments and sections in the two campuses for the coming new term—spring term. They went to inspect the teaching buildings, dorms, dining halls, etc. to make sure that everything was ready for the safe and smooth operation of the new term. Meanwhile, they raised some requirements for campus safety and the preparations.
