Prior to the traditional Chinese Spring Festival, which falls on Feb. 16, 2026, CONG Maoguo, secretary of Bohai University's CPC Committee, and ZHAO Jianguo, president of Bohai University (BU), respectively paid visits to some senior CPC members, some retired staff, and some CPC members who are in financial difficulties, warmly greeted them, and presented them some gifts for the coming traditional Chinese festival—Spring Festival. The leaders went to their homes, talking warmly with them, thanking them for their contributions to the development of BU, and hoping that they would give more advice for the future development of the school.
