To implement the relative policies made by Liaoning Province Department of Education about seeking job opportunities from enterprises for college graduates, and to promote the task of seeking job opportunities for its graduates-to-be, Bohai University (BU) sent several groups of people led by some school leaders, including CONG Maoguo, secretary of BU's CPC Committee, and ZHAO Jianguo, president of BU, to some important enterprises both inside and outside Liaoning Province to seek future job opportunities for the graduates-to-be of Bohai University. For example, as the first one to start the work, the group led by Secretary Cong and President Zhao went to Jinzhou ThinkonSemi on Jan. 15, 2026, to negotiate with the leaders there, reaching a consensus and thus launching the work to be finished during the winter vacation.
