On Nov. 28, 2025, a political learning meeting was held by the Political Theory Learning Central Group of Bohai University's CPC (Communist Party of China) Committee to learn the essence of the 4th Plenary Session of 20th CPC Central Committee, the main content of the Regulations on Ideological and Political Work of the Communist Party of China, etc. It was presided over by CONG Maoguo, secretary of Bohai University's CPC Committee, who made a speech about the importance of the learning, esp. the importance of learning the regulations. At the meeting, some leaders shared their ideas in learning the above-mentioned.
