A signature ceremony was held Nov. 6, 2025 in the Library Academic Report Hall of Bohai University's Songshan Campus for strategic cooperation agreement between Bohai University (BU) and Jinzhou City People's Procuratorate. Participated in the ceremony are ZHAO Jianguo, president of BU, along with some leaders from related sections and colleges of BU, and XI Zhaosheng, secretary of Jinzhou City People's Procuratorate's CPC Committee and its chief procurator, along with some leaders from related departments of the procuratorate. President Zhao made a speech at the ceremony pointing out that the cooperation helped to build a beautiful future for both parties.
