On Aug. 28, 2025, a political learning meeting was held by the Political Theory Learning Central Group of Bohai University's CPC (Communist Party of China) Committee for learning the essence of President Xi's speech made at Group Learning Session 21 of the 20th Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, the theme of his thoughts on CPC construction, and the outline of his thoughts on culture. It was presided over by CONG Maoguo, secretary of BU's CPC Committee, who made a speech about the importance of the learning. At the meeting, some leaders shared their ideas in learning the above content.
