On May 28, 2025, together with the Fire brigade of Songshan New District, Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, Bohai University (BU) conducted its nighttime fire safety evacuation activity in the Library of BU of Songshan Campus. With the aid of the working staff from the Section for Safety and Security of BU and the brigade, some 500 participants including some students, teachers, and leaders were organized to be evacuated from the library that was fictitiously on fire, and then they were transported to a safe place. After the evacuation, some members of the fire brigade came to the evacuation site to demonstrate how to use the fire extinguisher. Some school leaders led by CONG Maoguo, secretary of BU's CPC Committee, and ZHAO Jianguo, president of BU, participated in the activity.
