To implement the eight rules and regulations made up by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and to push forward construction of a powerful country in education, Bohai University (BU) CPC Committee launched the "Open Education" practice activity in all aspects from the spring term of 2025. An investigation to the activity was made by a group of school leaders led by CONG Maoguo, secretary of BU's CPC Committee, and ZHAO Jianguo, president of BU, and they went to the "One-for-All" student communities located at the two campuses of BU, where they had a face-to-face talk with the students to help solve the most sophisticated problems arising from the construction of the communities.
