On Mar. 6, 2025, a special learning meeting was held by the Political Learning Central Group of Bohai University's CPC (Communist Party of China) Committee for learning the essence of the speech made by President Xi Jinping, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, when he visited Liaoning Province for an inspection of concerned work. At the meeting, which was presided over by CONG Maoguo, secretary of Bohai University's CPC Committee, Secretary Cong made a speech to emphasize the importance of the learning, which concerns the main content of the speech made by President Xi, so that we will contribute more to the revitalization of northeastern China, especially to that of Liaoning Province.
