On Dec. 11, 2024, a special learning meeting was held by the Political Learning Central Group of Bohai University's CPC (Communist Party of China) Committee for learning the essence of Eighth Plenary Session of 13th CPC's Liaoning Provincial Committee. At the session, which was presided over by CONG Maoguo, secretary of Bohai University's CPC Committee, Secretary Cong made a speech to emphasize the importance of the learning, which concerns the main content of the speech made by Chinese President Xi Jinping, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, about revitalization of northeastern China, especially that of Liaoning Province.
