On Nov. 5, 2024, a group of people led by CONG Maoguo, secretary of Bohai University's CPC Committee, made an inspection tour of the Service Section for the Retired of Bohai University (BU), and had a meeting with the leaders and the staff from the section, listening to reports made by the leaders from the institution about their party construction, ideological and political work, recent development, etc. At the meeting, Secretary Cong said highly of the work done by them, and pointed out in his speech that more efforts should be made to combine their professional work with the current political situation so as to promote their development to a higher level in the future. He also had a free talk with the representatives of the retired.
