On Oct. 11, 2024, a special learning meeting was held by the Political Learning Central Group of Bohai University's CPC (Communist Party of China) Committee for learning the essence of President Xi's speech made at a national conference on education held in Beijing from September 9 to 10 and that of "On Education" created by President Xi. At the meeting, which was attended by members of the group along with some leaders from related sections of Bohai University (BU). Some leaders made speeches about the importance of learning the essence of the speech, and the audience learned the significance of Chinese President Xi Jinping's speech and his greetings to teachers and other people working in the education sector across the country. Xi is also general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission. They also learned the significant role played by education in building China into a modern socialist country.
