On Sep. 5, 2024, Bohai University (BU) held a forum on its high-quality development, which was attended by a group of school leaders including ZHAO Jianguo, president of BU, along with some leaders from related colleges and sections of BU. At the forum, which was presided over by ZHANG Bo, dean of the Section for Developmental Planning and Disciplinary Building, President Zhao delivered a speech emphasizing the significance of high-quality development and strategies adopted for the development.
