On Aug. 6, 2024, an enlargement meeting was held by the Political Learning Central Group of Bohai University's CPC Committee for learning the essence of the 3rd Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee. It was presided over by LIU Yang, secretary of Bohai University's CPC Committee, who made a speech about the importance of learning the essence of the plenary session and the speech delivered in the session by President Xi Jinping, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission. At the meeting, it was emphasized that Bohai University should strictly implement the essence by contributing more to the overall revitalization of Liaoning Province and promoting its high-quality development.
