Chinese Chemical Society's 10th National Academic Seminar for Polyacid Chemistry Held at Bohai University

Chinese Chemical Society's 10th National Academic Seminar for Polyacid Chemistry was held at Bohai University (BU) from May 10 to 12, 2024, and it was co-sponsored by the Inorganic Chemistry Committee of Chinese Chemical Society and BU with the cooperation of BU's College of Chemistry and Materials Engineering, Section for Science and Technology, and Section for Developmental Planning and Disciplinary Building. It was assisted by the periodical "Polyoxometalates." There were more than 60 national famous scholars and more than 500 national experts attending the seminar, together with some leaders from Liaoning provincial institutes, Jinzhou City institutes, and BU. At the seminar presided over by WANG Xiuli, president of College of Chemistry and Materials Engineering of BU, ZHAO Jianguo, president of BU, delivered a welcome speech, giving a brief introduction of the recent development of BU and its achievements in chemistry and materials engineering. He expressed his hope that this seminar will promote the development of polyacid chemistry and that of BU's chemistry construction.
