On May 10, 2024, a special learning meeting was held by the Political Learning Central Group of Bohai University's CPC (Communist Party of China) Committee for learning the essence of "The Chinese Communist Party Disciplinary Regulations." It also served as the second reading class of Bohai University (BU) for CPC's discipline education. At the meeting, the audience further learned the newly-revised "The Chinese Communist Party Disciplinary Regulations." It was presided over by LIU Yang, secretary of Bohai University's CPC Committee, who made a speech about the importance of learning the essence of the discipline. At the meeting, ZHAO Jianguo, president of BU, played a leading role in learning some of the regulations.
