On the morning of Apr. 23, 2024, to celebrate the 29th "World Reading Day," the 6th Reading Festival of Bohai University (BU) with "BU Fragrant with Reading" as its subtitle and "Broad Reading, Unlimited Enjoyment" as its theme, was launched by the Library of BU by conducting the opening ceremony in the library. Some leaders went to attend the ceremony together with some students and teachers. LI Fengying, vice-president of BU, made a speech at the ceremony, stressing the importance of reading by encouraging the students to do more reading during their stay here at BU.
