On Jan. 18, 2024, a group of people led by ZHAO Jianguo, president of Bohai University (BU), paid a visit to China Academic Degrees & Graduate Education Development Center (CDGDC), China's Ministry of Education, for a general knowledge about academic degrees and postgraduate education so as to promote the academic development of BU. FAN Hailin, dean of the Center, interviewed them and passed on his constructive advice to the visitors from BU about its academic development.
