On the afternoon of Dec. 27, 2023, a work report meeting was held by Bohai University (BU) for its secretaries, who are responsible for the CPC construction work in the sub-level college's CPC Committee. It was chaired by LIU Yang, secretary of BU's CPC Committee, who made some comments on the reports, pointing out the good deeds and problems in the work done by the secretaries. There were 16 secretaries making work reports about what they have done in their work on the CPC construction in their colleges.
