On Nov. 23, 2023, a group of people led by LIU Yang, secretary of Bohai University's CPC Committee, went to Dadingpu Village, Yixian County, Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, to greet the poverty-stricken families there who were aided financially by Bohai University (BU) by bringing to them some daily necessities. During his visit, Secretary Liu had a warm-hearted talk with them, encouraging them to overcome the difficulties and to take good care of their health. They expressed their gratitude to him and those from BU. Secretary Liu had a meeting with those from BU who temporarily worked there to contribute to the rural development.
