On Nov. 15, 2023, an enlargement meeting was held in the Music Hall of Bohai University (BU) by the Political Learning Central Group of Bohai University's CPC Committee. It was chaired by LIU Yang, secretary of Bohai University's CPC Committee, and at the meeting he made a speech about the importance of the political learning and the current important political concepts. It aimed to learn the essence of President Xi Jinping's speech about the rejuvenation of northeast China, and that of 6th Session of 13th Conference of Liaoning Provincial CPC Committee. At the meeting, Prof. Wang Xingwei, dean of Research and Teaching Institute of Economics, CPC School of Liaoning Provincial CPC Committee, delivered a lecture about Xi's speech concerning the rejuvenation of northeast China.
