On Nov. 8, 2023, Bohai University (BU) conducted its 2023 fire safety evacuation activity respectively on Songshan Campus and Seaside Campus. With the aid of the working staff from the Section for Safety and Security of BU and two branches of Jinzhou City Fire Brigade, some 300 students were evacuated from the dorms that were fictitiously on fire, and then they were transported to a safe place. Some members of the branch of Jinzhou City Fire Brigade came to the evacuation site to demonstrate how to use the fire extinguisher.
