On Oct. 25, 2023, a promotion meeting was held by Bohai University (BU) for some special work done for the degree authorization. ZHAO Hui, president of BU, attended the meeting and made a speech to point out that the work was of great importance in the building and development of BU's disciplines. He proposed that all the sections and departments should coordinate with one another to successfully finish the work.
