Bohai University held a special meeting on Sep. 26, 2023 to learn the essence of a speech made by Chinese President Xi Jinping, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, about an all-round revitalization of northeastern China in the new era. It was hosted by LIU Yang, secretary of Bohai University's CPC Committee, who made a speech at the meeting. It was pointed out at the meeting that all the teachers and students should learn the essence in a thorough way, and contribute what they could to the revitalization.
