On Sep. 13, 2023, a conference was held by Bohai University (BU) for its mid-lever leaders and some other representatives to summarize the theme education of XI Jin-ping's thoughts on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era. At the conference, LIU Yang, secretary of BU's CPC Committee, made a speech to point out the good results achieved by BU since the beginning of the theme education and to propose some requirements for the continuation of the education and the high-quality development of BU.
