Bohai University's Autumn Semester National Flag-raising Ceremony

On Aug. 28, 2023, Bohai University (BU) conducted the national flag-raising ceremony simultaneously on Songshan and Seaside campuses as one of a series of special "first classes" themed "Me and My Chinese Dream" in the new semester—autumn semester. After that, BU continued with its first-week classroom teaching activities for the old students. The ceremony, which was attended by some school leaders, including LIU Yang, secretary of BU's CPC Committee, all mid-level leaders, some teachers, and some students, has been regularly conducted by BU at the beginning of each semester to further stimulate students' patriotism and their enthusiasm for the new semester. As an important part of the "first classes," the flag-raising ceremony has encouraged the teachers and students to be well-prepared for the new semester.
