Prior to the 96th anniversary of the founding of People's Liberation Army (PLA) of China, which falls on August 1 each year, a group of leaders led by WANG Ji-cheng, vice-secretary of Bohai University's CPC Committee and dean of Section for Armed Forces Affiliated to Bohai University's CPC Committee, went to three families of Bohai University (BU) students who were retired from military service to greet them. Vice-secretary Wang encouraged them to carry on their military spirit to contribute more to the development of the campus and even to the prosperity of the country. On Aug. 1, 2023, some representatives of the Section for Safety and Security went to three families of BU staff members who were retired from military service to greet them. On behalf of BU, they encouraged them to carry on their military spirit to contribute more to the development of the campus and even to the prosperity of the country.
