On the afternoon of Jul. 5, 2023, ZHAO Hui, president of Bohai University, delivered a special CPC political report as one of the theme education series to some representatives of the CPC members and the staff with no party membership. In his lecture, President Zhao hoped that they had a strong political belief in CPC's leadership, and wished that they would contribute more to the future development of Bohai University.
