On the afternoon of Mar. 28, 2023, an online video meeting was held by Liaoning Provincial Government for college graduates in Liaoning Province. Some leaders from related colleges and sections of Bohai University (BU) were organized to attend the online meeting from the meeting room of Bohai University. It was also attended by LIU Yang, secretary of BU's CPC Committee, and WANG Ji-cheng, vice-secretary of BU's CPC Committee. After the video meeting, Secretary Liu made a speech to emphasize the importance of the provincial meeting and made some arrangements for the work of future career of the BU students who were to be graduated in 2023.
