On Mar. 16, 2023, Bohai University (BU) held a symposium for its young teachers who would act in 2023 as temporary leaders in some colleges and sections of BU. LIU Yang, secretary of BU's CPC Committee, attended it, and on behalf of BU, he made a speech to express his sincere thanks for their future task. This time, there were 10 young teachers chosen as the temporary leaders. Some representatives of the teachers exchanged their ideas with the audience.
