On Feb. 23, 2023, a meeting for the coming spring semester was held for the mid-level leaders of Bohai University (BU) in the Music Hall, Songshan Campus, to announce the work done during the summer holiday and the work schedule for the new semester. Some leaders of other levels from related sections and colleges of BU also attended it. At the meeting, which was chaired by WANG Ji-cheng, vice-secretary of BU's CPC Committee, ZHAO Hui, president of BU, made a report about campus safety and the prevention and control of Covid-19 pandemic, the work recently-done in the just-passed winter holiday, and the work to be done in the new semester. He proposed some requirements for it. LIU Yang, secretary of BU's CPC Committee, made a speech to stress the importance of campus safety and of political and ideological education for the students and the staff, and to announce the work schedule about the Party construction for the coming new semester in 2023. He also proposed some requirements in detail about the key task in 2023.
