On Jan. 5, 2023, the 4th Liaoning Province's Postgraduate Forum on Discipline of Food Science and Engineering was held online by Bohai University (BU). It was co-sponsored by BU and Postgraduate Innovation and Academic Exchange Center of Liaoning Province Food Science and Engineering Discipline. This forum attracted more than 1,700 scholars and professionals from higher schools and research institutes around China. At the forum, LI Jian-rong, vice-president of BU, delivered a welcome speech and introduced to the audience the recent development of BU.
