On Dec. 14, 2022, Bohai University (BU) conducted a session to learn the essence of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, so that it will be integrated into BU's political and ideological education. At the session, which was chaired by Jin Yi, president of College of Marxism, LIU Yang, secretary of BU's CPC Committee, made a speech about the requirements for the learning.
