Learning Essence of President Xi Jinping's Inspection Tour of Liaoning Province

On Sep. 1, 2022, the members of Central Group of Bohai University's CPC Committee, led by LIU Yang, secretary of Bohai University's CPC Committee, visited the Donghu Forest Park and Memorial Museum of Liaoshen Campaign, two places in Jinzhou City where President Xi went in his inspection tour of Liaoning Province, as a learning practice to implement the spirit of Xi's speech. And a special meeting was held for the members to learn the essence of Xi's speech made in his tour of Jinzhou. At the meeting, Secretary Liu made a speech to exchanged ideas with the audience.
