On Jul. 8, 2022, the signing ceremony for school-enterprise cooperation was held in Jinzhou Center for Culture and Art. Some cooperation agreements were signed between Jinzhou Municipal Government and the three higher schools located in Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, including Bohai University (BU). Some leaders of BU led by LIU Yang, secretary of BU's CPC Committee, attended the ceremony and signed some agreements for the cooperation programs.
