On Oct. 8, 2021, a group of leaders led by WANG Ji-cheng, vice-secretary of Bohai University's CPC Committee, went to visit 20 retired people of Bohai University (BU) to celebrate an early Double Ninth Festival, a traditional Chinese festival for the senile citizens falling on Oct. 14 this year. During his visit, Vice-secretary Wang talked warmly with them, asked about their health, and wished them greater longevity and better life in their retirement.
